My name is Arthur. I am a French citizen who dedicated his last 15 years to his biggest passion: food & beverages
Monsieur Baozi is a personal food blog where I write about my experiences and food/wine news in China, my living place.
I have always been passionate about taste in general, and the people who have made it a career.
Naturally, when I arrived in China 5 years ago, I sought to learn more about the artisans of taste in this vast and often poorly understood country
more recently, I have been particularly interested in the Chinese wine industry: I look for wines, I go to meet wine growers and I organize wine-tasting in Ningbo (where I live) in order to share my discoveries with people who follow me.
