This shop, with RAC BAR and RAC COFFEE, is one of the very popular “RAC trio”. Famous for galettes and crepes (~70/80 RMB), the outlet specialises in Brunch and natural wines. Its tiny dining room (no terrace, unfortunately) is usually busy, especially on weekends obviously, with highly probable 5 to 10 minutes of waiting to get a table. But don’t get me wrong, this shop definitely deserves your attention.

The vibe is casual and friendly, and the dishes very well performed and nicely priced. As a true Britain, I went for a “complete” buckwheat Galette with ham, cheese and an Egg, and it was great. The Galette is cooked in melting butter, as it should be, resulting in a crispiness / slightly caramelised on the edges. I took a glass of draft house Cider, alternating a bite of Crepe / a sip of Cider.

We also went for the Bulgur wheat & smoked salmon, some kind of superfood salad with ricotta, cucumber, tomatoes and bell pepper and one of their Alcohol-free “Drinking vinegars” for the lady: nice and refreshing.

Important: I visited in 2019, make sure to check in advance if the shops is reopened yet or still waiting for authorisation after the outbreak.
